Upon arriving at the Jedi temple, Talun was taken away by a group of Jedi Vanguards and Medics where he was then treated and placed within a cell. Eva then sought out a place to meditate after her stressful encounter with her previous padawan. To her surprise she found a new face already there, overlooking the stunning vast forests. The young man named Ortho Relius introduced himself and explained that he was interested in expanding his knowledge of the Force, when another spunky individual - Kyanus Ralan, approached the two from behind asking for the knowledge of a much more specific nature: the knowledge of how to complete the construction of a Lightsaber. Joined by two other Masters of the Force, Zahvid and Drac'sana - Eva lead the group to the meditation gardens where she prompted a healthy debate of the nature of the Force as an initiation test. During the debate another joined the five, the Emperor of the Commonwealth himself, Gaheris Rhade Antillies. The different perspectives of the Force held by everyone was fascinating. The two initiates proved that they had a desire to learn and were fully accepted into the Commonwealth Jedi Order. Since time had passed after Talun's treatment, she left the group to commence with his questioning. She was joined by Master Zahvid and the others who afterwards followed to observe. Talun's thoughts were scattered, clouded but not broken. He refused to answer any questions with logical hard facts. Eva knew that the poor boy was more then likely tortured and with her medical experience she watched him very carefully for any unusual signs and symptoms. After gathering some foulplay suspicions she decided to handle this case personally herself while making a mental note to check his medical records for anything out of place. Zahvid with his particular talents in the Force noticed that something unnatural was happening within Talun, the spirits of the Force avoided the lost boy as if he was contagious. Eva, seeking for as much information as possible she asked Zahvid to use his talents. An powerful spirit awoke and communed through him through cryptic words but there was one thing that was said that stuck out to Evas calculating mind. "Darkness manufactured, a light soon to wink out." It gave her a foreboding sense that she did not have much time. The spirit was too much for the conductors within Zahvid's armor to handle. The overloaded blast caused the Master of the Force to fall to the ground temporarily unconscious. It did not take him long to awake and seemingly shrug off the explosion. Talun for a short moment seemed to become himself. The Grandmaster without hesitation cast a mindtrick on the hurting Knight, to gift him temporary peace to allow him to sleep. -- For as long as anyone could remember, the Chiss Ascendancy had made it quite clear that Force users are an abomination, and if they choose to practice this impurity, they must leave their world behind and take their chances with the Sith, or Jedi. Drac'mere was no different. When it was discovered he had powers, his mother took great pains to keep his secret and sent him off-world with what little money she saved from managing the household. His father, Drelko'zen would never allow such dishonor in his life, and would surely take drastic measures to safe-guard his own life and work against any outside interference. While on Onderon, Drelko'zen was conducting business selling his weapons and designs to the local nobility when a ghost from his past appeared in the marketplace. His son, Drac'mere who left home without a word so many years ago was walking hand in hand with a man as they shopped. Drac'mere was simply floating a few fruit in his free hand as they shopped for the amusement of the children in the street and the man on his arm. He stopped, kissed his husband, and in losing concentration lost control of the floating fruit as they fell out of the air. Drelko'zen was incensed with rage. His son a Force User. His wife, a liar who covered it up. There was only one thing left to do. His son had to die and his honor among the Acendancy must remain intact. Without hesitation Drelko'zen excused himself and left for a room with a secure holoterminal. He kept his voice low as he reached out to a high level mercenary handler who often did "weapon testing" for him in the field. He described in great detail what he had just seen, and where, and told his contact to get their hands on local security video to help identify the target. It was done. Drelko'zen had just ordered the execution of his only son, and showing no sign of remorse, he returned to conclude his business and return to Copero to deal with his dishonest spouse. A few days passed, and a communicator on the arm of a stone cold killer was showing signs of activity. The anonymous source reached out to Strannix, a butcher in every sense of the word, providing him a complete work up on a new target. Scanning through the dossier, Strannix saw only a small Chiss male walking hand in hand with another man, obviously in love. The only mission requirement was: "Do not leave him warm". Strannix thought to himself this would be an easy job, especially given the price tag. He headed for the bridge of his ship and set in a course for Onderon to catch the trail of this Chiss Jedi, and began plotting a hundred different ways to take him out. At that moment, a coded message came through. Brief as it was, it gave Strannix a clue that whoever this Jedi was, he just booked passage to Yavin 4 and should be at the docking station within the day. This was perfect. Strannix could be there in just a few hours and layout his plan for how to eliminate his target in the best way possible. None the wiser, Drac'mere arrived at the Republic docking station above Yavin 4. As he exited the ship and made his way to a planet bound transport, he could be seen talking to the same man from the security holos on Onderon. The last words his husband heard were, "Don't worry. I'll see you soon. Yes... I love you too." As the communication ended, so did the feeling in his right arm. In a silent flickering moment, Drac'mere felt a stinging sensation in the back of his skull. Unable to react, his body hit the floor. He simply muttered, "Mother." in a soft voice, and died just moments later. Pleased with a very clean shot, and fully covered from view, Strannix holstered his weapon and casually blended in with the crowd who was running and scream at the sight of the dead body. The job was done. It was time to collect. Making his way back into his ship for a speedy exit from the docking station, Strannix fired up his encoded holocommunicator and let the contact know, "It's done." A few breaths was all it took before the cred alert on his account triggered showing the transfer of 2 million credits to his discretionary account. The job was done. Onto the next body to make dead. Meanwhile, on Copera, Drelk'zen ended the holocall and felt a combined sense of relief and regret, but he knew what needed to be done to protect his place in the Ascendancy no matter the cost. Meanwhile, back on Nar Shadaa, in a small apartment near the Promenade, Drac'mere's other half fell to his knees, broken and devistated. He sat and cried all alone at the loss of the man he loved. So many years waiting for the right person, only to lose him less than a year after finding each other. His heart felt as though it had just melted into his stomach and every bit of joy and love and the room were instantly sucked out of the window, as though an imaginary airlock had just been opened. He picked up his communicator and called the one person who would want to know... Grand Master Eva. Through a broken voice, and tears that fell like a waterfall on Rishi, he spoke slowly. Anyone who heard him could tell this man was in complete ruin, and finding the strength to get through the next 60 seconds would be the biggest challenge of his life. The communicator slipped from his hand as the Jedi disconnected the call. He would never be the same. He was too distraught to even contemplate revenge. His world was crumbling, and his love lay dead in some cold medical bay instead of alive and smiling, and back in his arms. It was a loss all would feel, all but one. The man who just cemented his standing in the underworld... by taking out a Jedi. -- Before Eva got the call from the broken hearted SIS Agent, she had finally finished studying Talun's medical records. Her and Zavhids instinct was right, within his blood sample she found the evidence of the Sith Alchemy. She knew it would be no easy task to undo such a powerful thing but would have more success removing the already corrupted bloodcells. The processes was painful and long requiring a steady blood transfusion for Stormclaw. Eva, through her experience with healing and dealing with Sith Alchemy incident's in the past she still barely succeeded in removing the poison within the Jedi. Even with Eva's success the grand master could tell that her friend had changed. It would be no easy spiritual healing process for Talun - however Eva was determined to help guide him back upon the right path. -- The Grandmaster called the students of the Academy together. Noorha joined alongside a new friend that she had brought to the Order, Zekair, followed by Tenacitron, Bregrilo, Shailro and Kyanus. She felt the need that they needed to get to know one each other to ultimately avoid infighting due to how large the Academy was growing in such a short period of time. After brief introductions she took the unsuspecting students to one of the worst planets in the universe, Hoth where they studied how to retain and regulate the heat within their bodies using the Force ability tapas. She tested the students multitasking limits and teamwork ability by encouraging them to retain the ability while learning how to move and attack simultaneously through a fun and heated snowball fight. Once she noticed the students were at their limit they returned to the Jedi Academy where they attended a small meditation session to regain their strength and help one another work through their misunderstandings and troubles. -- During the course of meditation, Master Sanna Stormdragon and Padawan Shailro engaged in a force focus technique which actually erupted into a vision for this fledgling Jedi. Instead of falling into focused meditation, she instead begain hearing screams, seeing fires and blood, and a tall thin man in black wreaking havoc. A red planet was under siege and there were no defining markers or locations. Disturbed by the images, Sanna immediately made her way out of the Temple and back to the Council to begin pouring over archives to see if anything matched the description given in the vision. -- “This is a Galactic News Bulletin.” “Authorities in the Allied Tion Sector are on high alert after these two individuals murdered a Voss Customs Official in the outskirts of Voss-Ka.” <An image flashes on the screen showing a small woman with blue hair standing beside a dark-haired, bearded man> “Authorities say the duo arrived on planet through falsified docking permits which allowed them to pass through Orbital Station Security. When questioned upon their arrival on the planet, the Customs Enforcement Agent who is now identified as Cushyr Beso, was stabbed and killed.” “The woman carried identification naming her as Valnea Naio which authorities believe to be an alias. She was last seen leaving the city of Voss-Ka heading for the wilderness. Little is known about her partner at this time. It is believed they made their escape with a sky shuttle that was reported missing and later found in orbit near the Orbital station. Their reason for being on Voss and the motive behind the murder are unknown at this time. While the two remain at large, authorities are looking for any help in the apprehension of these fugitives. If you have any information regarding these events, you are asked to contact local law enforcement officials immediately.” -- In a remote area of Manaan, at a Research Facility owned by the Sith Empire, Darth Drac'nox and potential Sith Apprentice Reyael lay in wait. Sji'stilla, currently operating on Voss receives a fake, and somewhat static holo call from "Grand Master Eva" indicating distress and the immediate need for help. Unaware she is walking into a trap, Sji'stilla makes her way to the facility in Manaan expecting to lend aid to her Jedi Grand Master. But she has no clue what is waiting for her when she steps off the lift in the underground observatory. She presses the button to go down, and leaves the lift with speed and worry looking for Eva, but is stunned with the only person she sees is the 6'6" dark lord Drac'nox. He smiles as he introduces himself, and before she can run, he activates a small device in his hand disabling the lift, and jamming signals from coming or going. Sji'stilla was now trapped 500 meters below the ocean's surface with one of the most evil Sith in the galaxy. Drac, knowing he had the upper hand knew Reyael was just behind the door waiting to spring into action as the hero. But as per usual with the Darth, he could not help but toy with the Jedi and inflict some pain. Using a Force choke, he lifted the padawan off the ground, and dragged her to him across the room. As he proceeded to intimidate her, he told the Jedi to pass a message along to her master, but then changed his mind, ramming a saber through Sji'stilla's abdomen. "Nevermind, I will tell her myself." That was the queue. Reyael sprung through the door, and immediately stepped between the two coming to the Padawan's defense. Drac eased off but maintained the dark conversation to really sell the fight to the unsuspecting Sji'stilla. Reyael used her force power to push the Darth back, and pull the device to her at the same time. With the door unlocked, Rey scooped up Sji and headed for the surface. The spy was in place, the padawan was injured. Alyce would be very pleased. -- Top story today on the Holonet; "Approximately around 23:00 Galactic Standard time, two assailants armed with disrupter rifles were caught on camera entering a building square on the Upper Promenade located on Nar Shaddaa. It is unknown at this time the names of those deceased, but the casuality number totals three of local Hutt Crime Lord; Thicci the Hutt's security force. The two armed robbers subdued great Thicci the Hutt and were able to blow the vault open, stealing priceless heirloom Hutt jewelry and several historical gold bars. It is unknown as well at this time, how the two were able to get away. As they were never seen exiting the premesis." "Initial reports suggest a small, slender woman with blue hair and a taller bearded man with black hair, both humans as all the identifying information that they have at this time." Thicci the Hutt can be seen now in full view of the holoscreen, in Huttese he gurgles; "My heart is broken at the theft of my families priceless heirlooms. I offer anyone who can bring them both to me, alive - three thousand credits a piece! These scoundrels will not go unpunished!" The screen cuts back to a visual of Nar Shaddaa and the building square. "More information will be released as it is obtained." -- Torrential Rains crushed down onto the Cold city of Steel and Spires beneath the storms of Dromund Kaas, Where Darth Morduus summoned Lord Farron Ren to the Council antechamber, deep within his Sith Fortress. The two had much to discuss. Morduus praised Farron for his accomplishments and endeavors in the Name of the Empire unto this point, and surprised the lord with a new seat on the Dark Council. Farron Ren, Henceforth to be known as Darth Epulus, was given command of the newly re-established Inquisitorius, A Branch of the Empire tasked with hunting down and silencing those who would oppose the Rule of the Sith, including the Commonwealth Knights, the Jedi, and any agents who conspire with them. Along with such an esteemed new role in the Empire, Epulus was given command of his very own fleet, spearheaded by his personal Flagship, the Decimator. Epulus had a newly reinvigorated purpose, and his drive to snuff the light from the galaxy had never known such potential. Before being dismissed, Epulus consulted with Morduus of a distant distubance in the force both had felt, as if a wound in the force was re-emerging from the past, slowly but surely. They feared a new power would enter into the grand conquest of the galaxy, sooner than any were ready for it. Only time would tell what this new presence may be. But for now, Epulus had much to set in motion. Perhaps it was time for him to take an apprentice . . . -- The young sith Reyael arrived at Morduus’ Stronghold, where Darth Epulus awaited her. He had heard of her power, and endeavors with Darth Drac’nox already, and wished to see her strength for himself. He led her to the Central chamber, where the two engaged in a vicious duel. Their sabers clashed with furious might, as he pushed Reyael’s limits, testing her prowess in the heat of battle. Reyael was eager to prove herself to the dark lord, mustering all her passion into this fight. Epulus managed to break her guard and land a decisive strike against her lightsaber, damaging it, and enraging the young Reyael, who was quick to land her own blow against the Dark Lord. Epulus then withdrew to a distance, throwing his saber across the room at Reyael, who managed to counter the attack and deflect it into a nearby statue, damaging it’s structure, then using the force to hew the blade back at its owner. Epulus was caught off guard, as the blade struck his shoulder, knocking him to his knees. In a bout of fury, Epulus reached out with the force to the damaged statue, mangling it’s figure from its base, and hurling it at his opponent. Reyael couldn’t do anything in time, the statue smashed into her as it shattered into chunks. Yet still, she showed a resilience worthy of a true sith. She pushed aside the debris, levitated a large chunk and propelled it at Epulus. Still on his knees, Epulus guarded himself with his lightsaber, chopping the rock in half, but a large chunk struck his arm heavily. Epulus looked onward. Reyael, exhausted but defiant, met his gaze, with the fiery gleam of determination in her eyes. The Dark lord rose, disengaging his lightsaber, and ending the duel. He was grandly impressed. Reyael had successfully deemed herself worthy, and she knew. Burning with a victorious satisfaction, she knelt before her new master, and rose as his new apprentice. -- Two men hearing whispers of the Jedi Temple from the ranks on both sides Republic/Imperial descend on the Jedi Temple. They come seeking knowledge from the archives, auras concealed they move along the exterior of the Temple focusing on a pulsating Ashlan energy signature. They come along a Jedi meditating and jump down to the balcony confronting the Jedi. Refusing the advances of the two the Jedi Talun Stormclaw was forced to defend himself. Sensing the genesis to the conflict Grand Master Eva jumped into the brawl to diffuse it. The dark siders auras erupted as their abilities were used to break the light siders. Upon the platform the one man in purple extravagent robes collapsed the platform beneathe Talun sending him plummeting. In response the Grandmaster locked in on his companion in Orbalisk armor sending him flying after the Knight Talun Stormclaw. Following the other two, the Grandmaster and Sorcerer descended to continue their fight. Both poisoned and battered the Jedi valiantly defended themselves from the purple attired dark siders who demanded knowledge. Hearing the commotion the Mandalorian Akaa decended the Temple stairs coming along the conflict. Remembering the armored dark sider Akaa opened attack helping the two wounded Jedi. The purple robed men began to have a challenge as the three began to fight back effectively. Irritated by the resistance the two sorcerers began to bombard the three. The Mando got trashed but the two Jedi faltered as a large dark side aura from Drac'nox appeared suddenly from outside. Observing the two dark siders amid their raid Drac'nox stood by watching the Jedi dismantlement as the Mandalorian fought bravely to protect the two. Tattered the Knight Talun fell unconcious to his poisoning as the Grandmaster, chest heaving was medically being cared for by the Mando. The man in purple robes pressed his hand on the Knight dissipating into the thin air before the group. Attempting to leave the Orbalisk armored Miraluka force sped in a blur to the exit. Only to be stopped and held in the air by an inquisitive Drac'nox. Insisting he get answers the armored dark sider kept repeating "I am the Voice, I obey my Lord. I am the dark before Morduus". Frustrated Drac'nox released the man and left in a hurry. Republic Forces, Akaa's Mandalorians and Jedi pouring in, the robed man joined his companion rematerializing. The two moved on with the Mando Akaa treating the poisoned and battered Grand Master Eva Shalluat. Upon departing the Sorcerer in lavish robes raised his palm crushing the Temple tower onto the group seperating the two groups. Who were they and what was their goal? Better yet where did they take Knight Talun Stormclaw? -- A Galactic News Bulletin patches through on the Empire's network; Roughly at 22:00 Galactic Standard time, an Imperial Lab on Quesh was infiltrated. Reports show several dead from the Republic scattered about the area. Indications show that the squad that was cut down inside of the facility had multiple scoring on their bodies from lightsabers, along with several high degree burns on their flesh, signifying electrocution. Blaster scoring was also found on their bodies and one of the locked containers as well. Two canisters were broken into their contents stolen. At this time, the Empire does not wish to comment on the contents of the container, only that it was a very crucial and high priced item. A terminal was also found broken in several places and the internal datacard removed as well. At this time, the individual(s) cannot be ID'd, as nothing showed up on holocams. The Empire offers a reward of *Five Thousand Imperial credits* to those who have information regarding this theft. The holonet message ends. -- Eva with a calm determination gathered the Jedi she had to save Talun. Padawan Noorha alongside Master Sanna accompanied Althevalia in an attempt to rescue the knight Talun Stormclaw from the claws of the Krath. Due to a hidden tracker in Taluns belt she managed to find this cult's location - this team of three Jedi raided the Krath in a desperate attempt to save Talun. Being overwhelmed by the power of these two unknown darksided individuals Noorha was defeated - luckily Master Sanna managed to with her use in the force , translocate the knight Talun and the Padawan Noorha to a safe area away from the conflict. Master Sanna alongside Althevalia fought against these two new threats - doing their best to end this conflict here and now. They failed. Althevalia just barely managed to translocate Sanna and herself with the cost of her well being - after sensing through her force empathy that Sanna was willing to do more. The Grand Master was not willing to allow a sacrifice on her watch. Narrowly escaping, the jedi contemplate their new enemies. These new darksiders seem to have no allegiance. Who knows what will happen next. -- **Raiders of the Lost Arc (as in electrical)** Five members were brought together on the far side of Yavin 4 after receiving tracking fobs. There were no details about the target, and only Dracazian seemed to be aware of something called the "payload". He immediately brought everyone together and formulated a plan. Seku was an expert at finding and disabling traps. Akaa, the Mandalorian was hired for his muscle and bodyguard skills. Joree and Nine were here to provide tech and additional coverage, while Dracazian was an expert treasure hunter and smuggler. To his surprise, Tirvi followed him from the Blaster's Bastion to the landing zone outside this ancient temple. The team made their way through a very perilous and dangerous environment, setting off traps such as darts, spears, fire, and even a collapsing floor under the wrong pressure plate. The dashing heroics of the Mando, and other party members prevented any serious injury, at least until a rumble in the cavern caused stalactites to start falling from the ceiling. One of them driving its way through Joree's right forearm. What should have happened on the count of 3, happened on the count of 1 and Drac yanked the impaled object out of his arm and used a heated blade to seal the wound. Othe great saves by Akaa and Seku even involved quicksand, and a very slippery path down to the opening of the cave which might have launched someone off the cliff. Everyone survived. As the team made their way into the opening near the lagoon, three of them saw a small, golden box shimmering in the pool of water beneath the waterfall. Drac, having already risked everyone else's safety, made his way into the water to retrieve the item. As he opened it, a blast of purple electricity shot out electrocuting him and throwing him 20 feet back up onto the bank near the others. He slumped over and the box fell from his hand. He eventually regained consciousness as Seku's call for help was answered by the arrival of a medical team there to extract them. Drac snapped back up, but was completely unaware of his surroundings, and barely recalled the events leading up to the shock. Tirvi, relived he was alive, and Joree glad to see his friend up and moving, watched as Akaa and Seku left on the shuttle as he was placed on the medical transport and returned to the Blaster's Bastion on Nar Shadaa where he is currently resting in a kolto tank. After almost 4 hours of hacking, Gemini 16 was able to hack the encryption security on the chip which had been discovered inside the box. Everyone had tried to do it, but ultimately too a super computing droid several hours to crack. As it happened, the "payload" was a credit chip belonging to some long dead Darth and there was close to 100k credits just sitting there. Terrus, Drac's right hand man, made sure the client received the chip with the money on it as instructed and took the 10k credit reward and split it 5 ways, making sure everyone had his thanks for helping close a case, and making a client very, very happy. -- The Grandmaster gathered Master Zahvid and her Padawan Noorha, who had decided to being her training as a consular. Eva had learned of the location of one of her lost holocrons that she sought to secure and bring back to her hidden archives for safe keeping. The three of them arrived on Voss where they needed to carefully make their way through a small army of pirates. Staying true to the Jedi way the three ensured that when combat ensued the rebels we left unconscious. Finally the three found their way to a lost, underground archive filled with dangerous knowledge. They then stumbled upon an old ancient terminal - the terminal seemed to react with Zahvid's gift in the Force, being able to commune with spirits. The gatekeeper showed themselves and addressed the three of them asking certain questions to view their worth. The Jedi answered correctly and the gatekeeper deemed the three worthy of taking over protection of the holocron and the archives. Certain runes and aspects of this hidden knowledge were foreign to Eva. She remembered her close friend Kivo mentioning that his brother's company specialized in these sorts of things. After a wonderful uplifting conversation with her favorite squash-kitter, she got his brother's contact information and called Sivo Snowpaw owner of Snowpaw acquisitions. The archeologist made his way to the group and helped secure the archives with his team. After a little while the ancient knowledge was transported to the Jedi Archives where Noorha showed amazing accuracy with the force while helping handle the artifacts. Eva and Zahvid were very impressed with the Padawans skill and modesty, her connection to the Force was becoming stronger and she kept a wise head on her shoulders. The archeologist was given special permission and access to the archives to help her further discover the hidden secrets that even she did not know she held. -- An encounter on Mannan. The Grandmaster and her Padawan Noorha sought to expand their knowledge on the hidden archives they had found - her contact Sivo Snowpaw pointed her in the direction of a valued colleague that may have the information that the Jedi sought. Unknown to the agents of justice - Drac'nox had beaten them to the chase and ambushed the Grand Master and her Padawan in the home of Sivo's colleague. Presented with an unfair ultimatum Eva knew what she needed to do. An epic battle ensued between the force users, being interrupted by the Commonwealths ally Akaa, who attempted to collect on Drac'nox's bounty. To save himself from the unexpected well placed shot from the Mandalorian the dark sider pulled the young man in the way of the slugthrower shot, leaving him heavily wounded and struggling for his life. The Grand Master through her Force empathy sensed the surprise from the young boy Djuzu'xai, revealing that he truly trusted his mentor. That was enough for Eva to want to save him. She wanted to save him from the unfair injustice that was forced upon him. Eva healed the boys wounds and alongside her Padawans adept diplomatic efforts they managed to convince the Mandalorian to leave the younger darksider, begrudgingly in the hands of the Jedi. After finding the closest hospital Djuzu'xai was properly treated and a long winded conversation ensued between him and the Jedi. Through acts of kindness and gentle words they convinced Djuzu'xai that he could use this opportunity to start over and for now have brought him to the Jedi Academy for further healing and to help the boy find peace of mind as he contemplates how he would like to live his new life. -- Hold your breath! The Grand Master took Knight Stormclaw and a group of students, Maelri, Bregrilo, Noorha and Sji'stilla to the planet Onderon after figuring that the students should now - after learning the majority of basic force skills and combat see a little bit more of the Universe. Due to Eva hearing rumors of nearby mysteries she contacted Sivo Snowpaw to tag along for cultural and historical reference just in case the group stumbled upon something during the lesson. Eva led the students to a lake where she encouraged them to have a holding their breath contest. To add incentive which is unlike the Grand Master, she offered a prize for the winner. Eva taught the students the detailed nature of the breath control ability, where they as novices had to do their best to retain their focus while learning the basics of this more adept move. She was proud of the students progress but to her surprise the new student Maelri stuck out with her ability to keep up with one of the most experienced Padawans of the Order. The competition needed to become more challenging, so Eva led them near a nest of native animals that would produce a unbreathable gas around them. The students kept focus on this new way of thinking required for the breath control ability. Eva encouraged the students to practice what they practiced in meditation and with a gentle mental suggestion to attempt to relax these wild creatures, a calm aura soothed the territorial beasts in a joint use of what they later discovered was a Force ability called animal friendship. All students participated and did well regardless of being eligible for the grand prize, which was won by Maelri. -- During Eva's praise the group was interrupted suddenly by feeling a pained, warped aura. It was corrupting nearby wildlife and Eva decided that the area needed to be cleansed of the concentrated Bogan which would no doubt cause future problems for the natives of the area. To Eva and Talun's surprise a familiar face waited. Jano Tarkis stood to greet them seemingly to have been called there by an ancient, rageful spirit. Jano seeing his chance summoned this spirit that had tried to lure him into a trap and used the Jedi there to help disperse of the soul. The area was purged but - the Jedi wished it could have been done by putting the wrathful spirit to peace. Eva saw the ancient rune markings up top the tomb and got a dangerous chill, her instinct inspired her to take the group led by Sivo into the ruins. The Archeologist discovered a stone table that when translated seemed to hold dangerous information for a mysterious ritual. Aided by Jano due to his wish to secure a conversation with the Grand Master afterwards, the group discovered that many innocent people had been pulled into the depths of this tomb driven insane by the Bogan corruption. The Jedi setting their sabers on stun secured these individuals for rehabilitation therapy, healing and after, succeeded together in finding the remains of the tablets. Sivo secured the stone relics and was tasked with delivering them to the hidden Jedi Archives. The Padawans were sent back to the Academy where Eva remained behind alone - to fulfill her promise of speaking with Jano Tarkis. -- As the systems commonwealth military started to update their security software, one of the alarms started to go off, the commander raised one eyebrow in confusion. after looking into the alarm he noticed it was a beacon that triggered as its life support was terribly low and running out. the commander was confused there was no current mission that required any of the scw to be in carbonite, that would need life support. the code was old about eight years old, what ever it was it wasn't going to be long until the life support runs out. as the solider tried to find the code he only came across a title *carnifex shadow* shrugging the commander walked to the temples library and found the newly Jedi knight Noorha, and Jedi master Sanna Stormdragon. giving both the Jedi the news of the old beacon alarm, explaining that the alarm code was old and not sure what it was, he left it up to the Jedi to figure out what to do about it -- Trouble on Oricon. The Grandmaster gathered a couple skilled individuals from the Commonwealths resources to tackle a great evil that she had heard was brewing on the molten planet. The darkside radiated through a warzone which was pulling the tide out of the Commonwealths favor. The group managed to find the source of the evil - a darksided artifact was corrupting the minds of the Commonwealths army. The group of hand picked individuals found this artifact and destroyed it, seeing signs of a man in the shadows who wished to stop them. The Force sensitives of the group managed to track this fellow force sensitive where a battle ensured. The Sith was easily overwhelmed by the sheer numbers of the Commonwealth and taken for further questioning. Perhaps this Sith may lead to many unanswered questions that the Commonwealth seeks. -- A recent betrayal. New faces show themselves at the Commonwealth Jedi Academy. Eva Shalluat decided to test the mettle of her experienced padawan Sji'stilla and sent her on a mission alongside this new individual, Zach'qwertyuiop. A Sith apprentice had been recently causing trouble looking for the converted Jano Tarkis, claiming him to be his Sith Master - Eva sensing something fishy decided not to send Tarkis due to his recent betrayal of the Sith and sent her Padawan instead to gather more information. Little did she know - it was a ploy by her mother, Lord Carnificina to attempt to pull the fallen knight once more out of the Commonwealths grasp. Aided by Darth Drac'nox these Sith tested the grey Jedi's will and spirit with what seemed like a distinct plan. The Sith did not expect the Commonwealth to be aided once more by the troublesome Mandalorian Clan leader Akaa, who provided help to the Jedi in their battle. It took time but Tarkis heard of the news and showed as a late arrival and when presented with an ultimatum by his old Sith Master - he attacked the Jedi and aided the Sith further proving where his true loyalties lie. The battle was overwatched by a familiar droid and a cold hearted killer named Strannix who last minute defended the Padawans to Lord Carnificinas surprise. The Sith had to retreat due to the Mandalorians immense backup showing, just barely escaping with Jano and themselves - leaving the lucky injured Padawans. The Mandalorians treated the allies of the Commonwealth and news began to spread about Jano Tarkis once again, betrayal. -- Gathered on the Andromeda Ascendant, Commonwealth’s Emperor Rhade had gathered the newly knighted Noorha, her new padawan, and a handful of initiates for some assistance for a mission. Before they could embark, however, they picked up a faint distress signal. Recognizing the location and what it could mean, Rhade quickly enlisted the help of Mandalorians Akaa and Zaria and everyone convened on the prison planet Belsavis. With the signal glaringly strong, the group fought their way across the surface of Belsavis right up to the gates of the maximum security ward. Akaa remained at the entrance to keep watch as everyone else descended into the dark, dank prison. After searching for some time and silencing any guards or personnel that they came across, Rhade and the others finally reached a corridor with rows of Rakata stasis chambers. Three of them appeared to be in use. Rhade located the source of the signal and flipped a switch, releasing a figure from carbonite with a loud hiss and billowing steam. A Jedi fell to his knees, one Rhade recognized as Romuin. The others in the group exchanged looks, not recognizing or knowing the stranger. The release of the stasis chamber triggered the release of the others. Two more figures emerged. Upon a closer glance, the group realized that they were sith. While Romuin took a moment to regain his strength, everyone prepared for a fight. The older sith began to gather energy, lighting crackling at his fingertips as he formed a massive ball of lighting in the air. He threw it at the group. Moving at exceptional speed, the lighting struck everyone in the group but Mae. Noorha took a particularly hard hit, flying backwards and slamming hard into the wall behind her. The older sith took the momentary confusion to flee the area, leaving the younger man behind. Boiling with anger, the younger man ignited his crimson lightsaber and leaping towards the Emperor Rhade and the recently freed Romuin. Noorha and Zach both made hasty attempts to bring down the younger sith from behind, however Zach’s attack was easily blocked and Noorha, still dizzy from her hit against the wall, failed to make any impact. Dzuju, Zaria, and Mae all managed to land a hit on the younger sith. Badly weakened and struggling to keep up, the young sith didn’t stand a chance. Romuin struck true and Rhade followed that up with a killing blow. Safe once more, Rhade tried to explain to Romuin that he had been in carbonite for nearly 12 years. The rest of the group returned to their transports while Rhade caught Romuin up on everything he had missed. This wasn’t over. There was a sith on the loose, one of immense power and ability. Rhade thought he looked familiar. He hoped that it wasn’t true, but if it was Cyrest Atwood, then they had just killed his son.
A messenger droid arrives at the Jedi Temple to deliver news regarding a member of their order. Master Sanna met the droid at the landing pad as she was leaving and glanced over the details of the message. As she turns on the datapad, she is met with a hologram: "To Whom It May Concern, At 22:30 this evening, as his ship was entering the atmosphere above Tatooine, Jano Tarkis and members of his ship's compliment were killed when his shuttle exploded as a result of heavy blaster fire from two unidentified Sith gunships. The details surrounding the attack are still under investigation at this time. Authorities have made no arrests and have no suspects in custody. Tarkis is survived by his wife, Yesenia Fennir, and his son." The message wraps with no other details. Master Sanna immediately rushes back into the Temple to find Grand Master Eva and Emperor Rhade to share the news about Jano's death. -- Cyrest Atwood had done a lot in the past 72 hours. Upon returning to Dromund Kaas, he found that his family legacy was still very much intact. In fact, they had amassed a large amount of power in the time that he had been in carbonite. Cyrest ingrained himself immediately, picking up where he had left off all of those years ago. He gathered military contacts, supply routes, and called in favors with all of his political connections. He gathered power. His rage over the death of his son was what fueled his every move. Many thought that it was time for a power grab. With the Sith Empire in disarray, Empress Acina’s hold on her position was tenuous at best, but being Emperor was no longer what drove Cyrest Atwood. Now he hungered for revenge. With his sights set outward, Cyrest Atwood selected one of the Commonwealth’s closest outposts, a little settlement on the planet Felucia. With the military and political backing of Dromund Kaas behind him, Atwood bombarded the settlement. Homes were reduced to rubble, craters pocketing the once fertile fields and winding roads. Acres of jungle were set to torch, the soldiers of Dromund Kaas killing off the wildlife as they ran for their lives. As smoke and ash filled the air, Cyrest disembarked from his ship and personally put his lightsaber through any survivor, no matter man, woman, or child. The Commonwealth prescence on Felucia was no more. This was the start of Atwood’s vengeance. The prize he truly wanted? Commonwealth’s Emperor Rhade’s head on a silver platter. Still brimming with bloodlust and anger, Cyrest held on to the last image he had of his son as the boy foolishly attempted to face down an Emperor and his Jedi. Bristling, Cyrest returned to his ship and set course for the next Commonwealth outpost he could find. There would be nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. Fire would rain from the sky before Cyrest Atwood stopped. The hunt was on. -- Deadbooking The Darths: Master Eva found herself nervously approaching the entrance to the Blaster's Bastion. Praying she would not be recognized, she made her way from the taxi to the door, only to be met by the proprietor. Captain Dracazian Stormdragon, a recent acquaintance who helped clear the record of her newest Padawan Maelri Tessar. Drac, discovering Eva was there to meet with the Bounty Broker, he invited her in, gave her a quick tour before heading downstairs. Terrus was waiting behind his counter as always when Drac and Eva approached. After a little mystery and some conversation, Eva called out her intentions as she anonymously placed a bounty on the heads of Darth Drac'Nox and Darth Carnificina. Secrecy was key as the other Jedi could not know she was even in the building, let alone at her breaking point with the Sith and ordering them to be executed. The message, heavily encrypted was sent to Akaa at his compound. Once received, Akaa sent a 2 second holocall to Drac only muttering the word "Done". This meant the job was accepted, and in 72 hours, or less, an entire band of Mandalorians would be tracking down these Darths, and attempting to put them on ice... permanently. Meanwhile, as Akaa made his preparations, he got word from one of his scouts that Nox was on the move with a ship full of Accolytes and other Sith Lords as they boarded a small class cruiser and set their eyes on the CommonWealth Jedi Temple and home world. The Jedi of the CommonWealth were about to be overrun, and only the Mandalorians could prevent an all out execution of younglings, padawans, and their masters. Akaa immediately contacted Rhade and gave him advanced warning of the arrival of the Sith. All out war was imminent... and the cost of survival would be high. -- Death for Dishonor: At the Blaster's Path Cantina on Rish, Darth Carnificina and the "Hangman", Strannix, met up at the bar to discuss matters of a personal nature. Strannix made sure that Darth Carnifina knew she was living on borrowed time, and when it was up, he would be there to escort her out of this world. He handed her an hourglass, likely knowing she only really had an hour left to live. Meanwhile, across the same bar on Rishi, Zaria and Gal, both soldiers of Clan Gra'tua were wrapping up business with a local trade route for the Mandos when the alert came in from the Enclave stating there was a fresh bounty out for Drac'Nox and Carnificina. As soon as the image uploaded into facial recognition, Gal, the younger of the two began testing it in the bar. In a twist of fate, Darth Carnificina was at the other end of the cantina at the opposite bar. The two approached her, scanning her to confirm her identity. Before they could move in, Strannix left Carnificina with final words about fulfilling his promise upon her death, and left the cantina. Zaria stepped up, held out stun cuffs, and offered to bring the darth in for justice's sake, but this dark lady was having none of it. In true darkside fashion, Carnificina unleashed lightning into Zaria's chest and brought a huge chandelier down on Gal. The fighting grew more intense as the power of the Force and Mandalorian technology collided. It was a battle of wills, and with two on one, it was an uphill batter for the Darth. Finally after several failed escape attempts, and a killing blow from a blaster bolt fired by Gal Vera, the Darth's body fell to the floor and bled out. Her remains were frozen in carbonite as proof the bounty was successfully completed and funds could be claimed for the first of two known targets. Zaria contacted Akaa and told him, "She's in the bag. He is still out there somewhere." Meanwhile, at the spaceport on Drommund Kaas, Cyrest Atwood was meeting with Drac'Nox in the darth's personal hanger as Sith lords and their Apprentices were being loaded into the battle cruiser. Drac'Nox and Cyrest met previously in secret after his escape to the Imperial homeworld, and spent days in the throne room of the academy working out the details surrounding the all out invasion of the CommonWealth's Jedi temple. It was no secret there was bad blood between Nox and Eva, and it was time to end this conflict once and for all starting with the extermination of the remaining Jedi of the CommonWealth. As their plans began to take shape, an urgent call came through for Darth Drac'Nox informing him of a potential threat by the Mandalorians, but unphased by the news, Nox proceeded as scheduled. Cyrest was out for blood... and Nox wanted to serve it to him on a silvery Sith platter. -- A mysterious discovery. The Grand Master was contacted privately by Sivo Snowpaw of Snowpaw acquisitions after the discovery of a strange crystal source that seemed to have some unknown properties. A Jedi knight had accidently touched this crystal formation and the individual was left temporarily stripped of the Force, being completely cut off from its call. Eva, an expert on artifacts of the Force was asked to observe and study this dangerous formation but she could not gather the strength to near the large and what seemed like alive - crystal. A couple students of hers stumbled upon the investigation and in the midst of so many Force sensitives nearby the crystal overloaded and reacted and drew the Force energy from the Force sensitive students and Masters. It went haywire and one of the crystals attracted straight to Eva, shooting out at her at an incredible speed as if drawn by an invisible connection - however the non-Force sensitive Sivo stood between the Master and the crystal formation and ended up being hit with this fascinating artifact. It seemed that all of the Force energy that had been gathered from the Jedi had been temporarily gifted to Sivo who - for a moment almost lost control of the overwhelming new power. Due to Sivo's nature he denied this power and the crystal seemed to reabsorb it. Eva.. for a moment felt as if something grew within it but - she could not investigate closer due to the nature of the crystal sapping Force sensitives will and energy. Sivo carefully locked up this artifact for further study and hid it safely tucked away. Eva knew that if the properties of this crystal became public it could have easily turned into a weapon. Their efforts were null - for when Knight Ardavan and Master Shalluat took their students to gather their lightsaber crystals - they were halted by a diagona, a creature which by no means should have the ability to use the Force. It manipulated the minds of the students but eventually with their teamwork and willpower they broke free of the terrified creatures grasp. It was discovered that one of these crystals was forcefully impaled into the unfortunate creature which caused the Grand Master to expect foul play. Is there a traitor seeking to destabilize the Jedi? Perhaps this was a ploy by the Jedi's new enemy. Maybe there are more of these dangerous crystal formations beginning to form naturally in the wild. Only investigation and time will tell. -- **The March of the Sith** The synchronized sounds of footsteps in a marching cadence thundered through the spaceport on Dromund Kaas, drowning out all other noise within the terminal. Civilians scattered into doorways and behind tables as the hulking darksided Darth Drac'Nox led more than 40 Sith Lords and their apprentices through security checkpoints and into their departing hangar. There were three large vessels in Docking Port 66, and military personnel and Sith Intelligence were updating navicomputers and onboarding enough explosives to turn a small planet into a pink mist. Drac'Nox was silent and focused. He listened as the worms who worked for him groveled at his mere presence, begging to be the one who satisfied this dark lord's thirst for revenge, and offering him the information needed to accomplish it. Nox turned to see Cyrest Atwood boarding the flagship of the three vessels and knew the hour was at hand. He reached down, gripping his saber, sensing something was *off*, he just couldn't quite put his finger on it. As he pondered this disturbance in the Force, he melted back against the wall with a far off look. As the darth snapped out of his *trance-like state*, he instinctively reacted to his mood when he flicked his wrist activating his saber, and running it through an unknowing corporal as he passed by. Looking out over the now emptying hangar, and the ships closing their doors, Nox took one last look at the spaceport as the door to his ship closed behind him. There was a sense of power and uncertainty which washed over him as the three ships lifted off and left Kaas airspace. The day had finally arrived. The Jedi of the CommonWealth would fall, and he could claim his rightful place as Emperor in waiting, and seal the power vacuum left behind by the disappearance of Morduus. He sat down at the war table in his flagship and nodded to Cyrest Atwood. Eva's face flickered in a spinning holo as Nox rumbled, "Time to destroy the CommonWealth!" -- Akaa machined the final touches on his blaster pistol, with a flick of his thumb he could switch the different firing options of his pistol to high velocity slugs rounds, to high velocity disengrator rounds, to three round blaster bolts. He nodded his approval as he sheathed his pistol on his holster. Sliding his beskair blade into his vambrace he was ready for war. It was an eerie silence at Gra'tua compound as the mandalorians steel themselves for war. Akaa tracking alarm started to go off, Akaa grinned as his prey was on the move. War is their way of life, War is their culture. The Systems commonwealth was in danger Akaa knew from his tracking beacon and from scouting reports that scw wouldn't be able to handle an invasion like that on their own. Akaa silently looked on as the women and men boarded the transports. War was the mandalorians way of life, and now no one could stop the dogs of war. The mandalorians where on the move. A voice echoed into Akaa memory from what his father use to say and the devil whispered to the warrior "you can not with stand the storm" and the warroir whispered back " I am the storm" the whole clan repeated the quote as Akaa chanted that aloud Clan Gra'tua put is scw coordinates and headed to the temple Akaa and clan Gra'Tua didnt care if drac'nox and his sith believed in hell or not, Akaa and the clan was just here to arrange the meeting. -- In Memoriam: Darth Drac'Nox Today, a crippling blow was dealt to the Sith Empire as an invasion of the CommonWealth's Jedi Temple was left in ruin. Fires still burn beneath the rubble of the temple as the last remnants of Darth Drac'Nox are blown away by the wind. In an epic confrontation, Alor Akaa of the Gra'tua Mandalorian Clan faced off and went toe to toe with one of the most powerful Sith in the known galaxy. It was a true test of strength as the might of the Force and its dark sided wielder squared off against a Jedi killer and his technology. After a grueling battle, and severe injuries to both parties, the killing blow was delivered. Akaa took Drac'Nox by the collar, flew him into the air and slammed him with fill force into the stone bridge. As he lay broken, and coughing through his own blood, he maniacally smiled at the Mando as he saw his final moment in this world. The disintegrator blast from above left nothing but a broken saber, and a cracked and bloodied helmet on the bridge. Drac'Nox was gone for good. Akaa collected the broken saber as a reward, and kicked the mask down into the waterfall below... never to be seen again. It was in that moment that Master Sanna felt the disturbance in the force as her twin brother Samael's life was extinguished and he became one with the Force. -- After the fall of Yavin the majority Jedi safely relocated to the new hidden Jedi Academy. Even though they lost the battle the Mandalorians struck a decisive blow against the Sith by defeating one of their best - Darth Nox. Unknown to them it was a ploy by Nox's ally to weaken the Mandalorians. While they came to the Commonwealths aid the Sith destroyed their base and left them vulnerable. Emperor Rhade since have taken them into the Commonwealth and has provided sanctuary and citizenship for all of Akaa's clan in return for their aid giving them a chance to rebuild. Eva took her two padawans Yusanis and Zach'qwertyuiop on an investigation to attempt to find the security leak that lead to the dangerous crystal formation that had been discovered being found in the public. They noticed that instead of 10 people in the excavation site of the crystal , 11 were recorded. With Keen eyes Zach spotted a serial number on the shoulder - mostly camouflaged and through Zach doing a cross reference search using Eva's contacts within the GTN he managed to find the name of the Merchant. Eva found a rumored tale that this Orlaith Kerr would be at an underground illegal auction which the Jedi available infiltrated undercover. With many mistakes they eventually found this individual and managed to convince the kindhearted man to leave with him where - he was arrested and brought to the Commonwealths headquarters for interrogation. A sloppy interrogation ensured but through the Jedi's teamwork they managed to discover that this client of his that had stolen fragments of these dangerous crystals had kidnapped his family and forced him to work for the Sith. It took bringing in Strannix to convince the fearful, kind gentleman that they had the ability to kill this Sith, Lars and save his family in the end. A gruesome jailbreak and stern lecture later - the Jedi are invited to Alderaan by the newly Knighted Tessar for a celebration. -- At the Jedi academy on Manaan. There was a distress call from a man named Dennis Frost. He is an agent and soldier working for the commonwealth army. Zach'qwertyuiop received the holocall from Dennis. There were some pirates called the Nova blades. These pirates are normally on Rishi, however they were found on Dantooine and was stealing from the commonwealth. These pirates were working along side imperials to steal weapons and valuables and if left unchecked, these goods would help further empower these organizations to further attack the commonwealth and her allies. The Commonwealth Jedi arrived at the scene on Dantoonie to assist in taking out the threat. There were three groups ready to take on these pirates and imperials. Group 1 consisted of Master Sanna, Master Eva, and a new initiate of Kaylor. Group 2 consisted of Padawan Yusa, Knight Zach, and a new Initiate of Kestilya. Group three consisted of Knight Mae, Padawan Ilmessia and Mae's new padawan Masaima. Each group also had a few unnamed soldiers helping them take out the pirates. The battle was fought on three fronts and was intense. Group 1 decimated the enemy with ease being there was two powerful Jedi masters taking them out. Initiate Kaylor fought bravely alongside the Masters. Group two met into some trouble as Yusa had to back off from the fight leaving the group with only a knight and Initiate. Lucky for them, The commonwealth had a nearby Mando ready to assist them. Group three showed these pirate scum that Woman are not to be messed up. The knight and two padawans were able to take out all the enemy's that walking in their path. After the battle was completed, the three groups met back at Manaan to go over a debriefing. There were only slight injuries among the jedi that would only take a few hours of rest to heal over. Padawan Masaima also handed Zach a letter stating the pirates were involved in the slave market. Zach gave back the full report to Dennis frost and proved that the commonwealth Jedi stand strong and firm. But with our enemy's gathering new allies, there will be many more missions the Jedi will have to take on. We must stop our imperial enemys in their goals to obtain more power. Dennis left Zach'qwertyuiop with another mission for the Jedi. He will share this with them soon... The fight isn't over yet. -- Tasked by Grand Master Eva, Padawan Ilmessia traveled with Lava Zomby to the hot, sandy planet of Tatooine. Their mission? To protect important Commonwealth Military Plans. Unbeknownst to them, an outside source had discovered the location of the plans and sold it to the sith. With this information, Zeddicus, Anoon, and Nik’ol all made their way, separately, to Tatooine, each one with a different goal in mind. Confronting the Jedi, Zed tried to negotiate a deal with them, while Anoon just wanted to fight. Beneath the platform, the Twi’lek smugger Seku, waited for her ‘boss’ Raldani to arrive while she listened to the exchange between the Sith and Jedi. Soon enough, Raldani arrived and things began to fall into place. Within minutes, the Jedi called for reinforcements, setting the sith off. Though it didn’t take long for Anoon to put self-preservation above all else and run away. During the fray, Seku used her grappling hook and jumped up to grab the plans, and in-turn alerted Zomby and Ilmessia of her presence. So when she jumped back down from the platform, Zomby; and Zomby’s own pursuer, Nik’ol; followed suit. After giving Ilmessia a way to contact him, Zeddicus ran off, leaving the recently returned Anoon alone to fight Ilmessia. In an attempt to save Zomby, Ilmessia ignored Anoon and quickly jumped down to follow and confront Nik’ol, though the ignored sith followed suit, effectively trapping the two smugglers underneath the platform. After a few brief attacks, Seku managed to get just outside the building, and Raldani tried to follow her by throwing down a flash grenade, but the only two unaffected by it were herself and Ilmessia. Taking this chance, Raldani joined Seku, and offered to carry the plans until they got to safety, seeing as Seku was currently blinded. During the chaos, reinforcements arrived in the form of two Mandalorians, while Ilmessia contacted Zed about the current situation, in hopes he’d return. However, she wasn’t expecting him to help the two smugglers upon his return, which gave Raldani and Seku a chance to make a break for it, but not before Raldani gave him a set of coordinates. Unfortunately for the smugglers, Zomby managed to get past Zed in hot pursuit. While Seku turned around to face her, Raldani pushed forward and took a flying leap off of the nearby cliff, opening her parachute to safely escape the situation with the plans in her custody. Meanwhile, the fight continued with Anoon retreating once again, Zed killing one of the Mandos, and Zomby pinning Seku to the ground, expecting her to still have the plans. Though, Zed had different plans and grabbed Seku from Zomby and began a hasty retreat over the side of the cliff. While a Mando lifted their grappling hook from the cliff’s edge and tossed them over, Ilmessia managed to wound Zomby’s trust and knock out Nik’ol. While Zed and Seku fell, Raldani flew her ship in low to give them something to grapple onto, though they fell into the soft mud at the bottom of the chasm, ending up with a multitude of broken bones and other injuries. Loading the two up, Raldani took them and the plans back to her base while Ilmessia and Zomby go back to the Commonwealth’s Headquarters to discuss with Master Eva what had transpired. What will the smugglers do with the plans? What does Raldani want with Zed? Will Zomby forgive Ilmessia? -- Eva received a call from a close friend within the Commonwealth police force on Dantooine. They were having difficulties solving a local murder that had happened in the area and had asked her for aid. Eva decided to take the mission up personally to use it as a training exercise for the newly inducted Padawan Lava Zomby, to show and teach her a different side of the Commonwealth Jedi. She was interrupted by another assassination attempt against Lava, but Eva quickly managed to cuff the Sith Anoon and had him securely in her grasp when she recieved an unexpected visit from Master Sanna. She was surprised to see her - but even more surprised when she released the Sith that was within her custody. Sanna, having built up a rightful wrath against the Grand Master hired two adept mercenaries to help capture Eva to bring her to the Sith Empire as a gift to prove her newfounded loyalty, to follow in her fallen brother's footsteps. Upon realizing that Sanna now allied with the Sith the two criminals betrayed her - securing their spot as enemies against the Empire. The four managed to fend off the Sith and Eva sent Lava back to the Academy to report the situation, however Eva was not willing to let her friend walk down the path of corruption and followed Sanna to her ship. Her plea’s did not reach out to the fallen Master and Eva was overwhelmed by the strength of both her and her new apprentice. Hidden and locked away, the Grand Master leaves the Jedi without leadership against the now very close and dangerous growing threat. With permission from both Knight Tessar and Zachary, Branna and Yabbis went off world for some much needed fun to clear their minds from the past nights brutality. They made their way to Onderon's Iziz Marketplace on a mission to find a delicacy for Zachary as a gift to say thank you for protecting them the night prior. When they left the town to go hunting for a rumored delicious type of bird, they two spotted a famillar face. A Sith that they had seen time and time in the past. After a small conversation with the Sith Apprentice Anoon Valla they discovered that the Apprentice was about to visit an ancient Sith tomb, in order to ask wisdom from a deceased Sith for his search for power. Branna, knowing that even if they got a Knight of the CommonWealth - they would not arrive on time and the Sith would have by then obtained what he was searching for. Branna and Yabbis stalked this Sith and found the location of the tomb, where they were able to disrupt the ritual and then luckily and very narrowly bested the apprentice. Now Valla waits for judgement in a offworld cell located on Kashyyyk, soon to be transferred to Kiffex. Information was sent to the CommonWealth, the Sith had given up knowledge of his Master and that whoever they may be had recently discovered a powerful artifact that once again may threaten the CommonWealths unity, peace and safety. -- Sisco Championship - 1st Quarter Entry Duels The time came for the 1st round of 3 that would decide who were the best candidates to go to the finals at the end of the year. Tubs the Chub was the favorite amongst the fans in which to win, but he fell in the 3rd round to Reyael (was named Killer) who in turn was too severly injured to continue in the final match. Raldani (who was snaked in to fight in the final round) and Zed (who aggravated Gogo) ended up on the list for the final fight. Raldani immediately fired her guns, but Zed, after avoiding them, raised his arms up and quickly yelled, "I give up!" This made Gogo mad as he just lost a fortune on this fight and let his hired security blast them unforgivingly with stun rounds. They were hauled to the local jail (unconcious) to spend a few days for ruining said tournament. No one achieved getting the red data pad that ended up being the prize for the final fight (even though someone tried to pick-pocket Gogo for it). Except... Yabbis, who was watching the entire time, tagged her bounty (Fulkender), and gave proof to Gogo. Yabbis was convinced to give up the red datapad to Gogo for a larger amount than what she would have gotten from her original bounty. The red datapad still rests with Gogo -- Noorha, having returned from her month-long training with the Jensaari, had come back to an academy with their Grandmaster missing and no idea what had happened. Despite numerous attempts to contact Master Eva, all of her communications remained unanswered. Growing more worried, Noorha had holed herself up in the Commonwealth’s communications department on their ship. After a few days of pouring over maps and holos for a clue, a droid made its way past security to deliver a message- a message from Eva. In it, Eva claimed that something had happened to her and that there was likely a traitor in their midst. Noorha’s stomach twisted with anticipation and apprehension as the holo Eva regurgitated its message. Noorha tried talking to it, but it was no good. This was a prerecorded message, one with a sliver of Eva’s consciousness within. It’s final message? Noorha was to be Grandmaster in Eva’s stead during her absence. Not long after, a distressing report had come across Noorha’s desk, one that claimed that Master Sanna had fallen and taken Grandmaster Eva. Noorha had been worried sick over her Master’s disappearance and the fact that one of their own was responsible filled Noorha with an overwhelming sense of anger, but most importantly, betrayal. Noorha had trusted Master Sanna. Hell, the woman had saved her own life when she was a new padawan. And now she was… Darth Vixxen. Noorha frowned in disgust. Without delay, she called on Knight Maelri with a mission- to confirm what was in the report. Bring proof that Master Sanna was now serving the Sith and her location, if at all possible. Maelri knew just who to ask. After a brief conversation with Raldani, Maelr went to Raldani’s unopened cantina to meet the contact her smuggler acquaintance had given her. The contact just so happened to be Zeddicus, who openly introduced himself as a Sith despite remembering Mae from a past mission, although she didn’t remember him. After a brief conversation, they launched into Maelri’s true reason for seeking him out. She managed to negotiate a way to get a hold of his intel on Darth Vixxen. Zeddicus requested a meeting with Master Noorha, which Mae agreed to forward, despite not being able to promise that the Master would meet with him. Satisfied regardless, Zed handed over several pictures he’d taken at a bar of Darth Vixxen speaking with “Lars”, as know one yet knows that Darth Chad and Lars/Alexzandar are the same person. They parted, having exchanged holo-frequencies in the event that Master Noorha did choose to meet with Zeddicus. He specified that he wanted to meet her at Raldani’s cantina, a place that would be a neutral, private location. -- ATTENTION COMMONWEALTH: THIS IS A MESSAGE SENT TO ALL THOSE WITHIN THE COMMONWEALTH FROM GRANDMASTER NOORHA ARDEVAN. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT MASTER SANNA HAS BETRAYED THE JEDI AND THE COMMONWEALTH. SHE IS NOW KNOWN AS DARTH VIXXEN AND HAS TAKEN ONE OF OUR OWN, MASTER ALTHEVALIA SHALLUAT. IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS TRAITOR, PLEASE REPORT IT TO MASTER NOORHA ARDEVAN. REPEAT: DO NOT TRUST THE ONE PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS MASTER SANNA. SHE HAS BETRAYED THE JEDI AND THE COMMONWEALTH. -- Attention Commonwealth: This is Master Noorha Ardevan of the Commonwealth Jedi. I am requesting those of you loyal to our Commonwealth and our Emperor to assist me in the retrieval of something of vital importance. If you think you have what it takes, please get into contact with me. We will be meeting at our stronghold at 1500 hours. Again, this mission is of the utmost significance. If you volunteer for this mission, you are expected to keep your word and conduct yourself with honor. Lives depend on our success tomorrow. -- *holonet communicators begin to flicker throughout the galaxy, and a familiar face appears in the image* "People of the Sith Empire. Members of the Imperial worlds. I am Darth Vixxen. In the next 24 hours, I will be transporting the frozen, useless carcass of the CommonWealth's Grand Master to an undisclosed location and am offering a substantial payday to anyone willing to guard my cargo. All Sith, soldiers, and operatives should report to the Citadel immediately for recruitment. The cargo must make it to its final destination where Althevalia Shalluat will be unfrozen, tried for her crimes, and sold into slavery to the highest bidder. Your obedience is expected and disloyalty will earn you the same fate." *the message goes to static once more and fades into darkness* -- Deep within the residential chambers of their Dromund Kaas Estate, Darth Chad was busy recovering from his training session with his apprentice as Darth Vixxen made her way into the secure setting of her trophy room. Removing the Staff of Drain Knowledge from it's protective case, Vixxen made her way out into the throne room and got up close and personal with Eva, who is still frozen in carbonite. During her interrogation, which caused no pain or physical damage, she extracted three important details from Eva's mind: 1) Details surrounding her Datacron, it's last known location, appearance, and how to unlock it. 2) Details about her Daughter, and her whereabouts 3) Eva's greatest fear When it was all said and done, two very large gamorrean guards entered the throne room, removed Eva's carbonite chamber from the wall, and took it out to the launchpad to be transported into orbit where the ship was waiting to take her to Mek-Sha to be auctioned off by the Brothers and sold into slavery with a stun collar. With the staff resting back in its case, Vixxen left to check on Chad and give him the good news. -- Darth Chadwick with an explosion of brilliance called one of his previous apprentices to Mustafar. He had an experiment that he wanted to test out after learning of a specific force ability called fiery energy. The difficult skill took intense multitasking ability that the Dark Lord of the Sith lacked. He had seen the potential in Zeddicus Zachariah, a Sith Knight of the Kaas Order. It required knowledge of the basics of pyromancy and tutiminus which fortunately the Knight had already learned. Darth Chadwick explained the theoretical logic to the move and sternly instructed the Knight through the complex physics that would make the force ability possible. To the Lords amazement he passed with flying colors - his inherent ability was terrifying. The true test was next, to see if under the certain conditions if it was possible to obtain the hidden artifacts on the bottom of the Mustfar sea. Zeddicus lost his focus thrice, two of the times accidently injuring one of the many unknown dangerous molten creatures that were hidden deep below - attracted to the place by the darksided nexus created by the unbreakable sunken artifacts. The Lord and the Knight managed to both times defeat the large dangerous creatures, but in a foolish attempt for ultimate success of the experiment - Darth Chadwick made sure that the Knight was at his best. He succeeded in obtaining an artifact to Darth Chadwicks amazement, something that he had been unable to do despite his multiple attempts. In absolute glee that the experiment succeeded there was only one thing left to do. The fact that he could pull off that ability on his own was too dangerous. The Dark Lord decided that the Knights usefulness as a pawn was up and attempted to blast him into the lava. A vicious fight ensued but with careful tactics and skill Zeddicus defeated the Dark Lord leaving him blinded and crippled. Darth Chadwicks was delievered to the Grand Master of the Jedi Noorha Ardevan in his weakened unconscious state, while a decrypted holo message gets sent across the Empire's Holonet, to the Sith as well as Zeddicus' chosen allies, introducing it's new dictator: Masked, Zed... No.. Darth Vulkan stood on top of a mountain as lava and fire burned around him. "Today has been a day of war and victory." The sound of fire roared in the background. "For today, I, Darth Vulkan, stand for you." He pauses. "My allies." He takes another brief pause, "Prosperity is forged through fire and through my flame, you will find your... No... Our prosperity." He continues on, "No matter who you are, no matter your background, your abilities, skills, or alignment. When you walk with me, my fire will forge a path for your destiny - a path for our greatness. The galaxy will feel the fire as we stand and protect those we love and conquer those we hate" Darth Vulkan pauses as the fire crackles in the background "Today marks the day that I, have defeated the Dark Lord of the Sith. Now his era is over and a new era has begun!" -- With the new acting Grand Master Noorha Ardevan having taken office - the Emperor wished to test exactly how far the woman would go for what the CommonWealth stands for. In a test of loyalty both her and the Jedi Councillor Zach Shalluat was called by Althevalia to aid her with a dire task. She had locked something very evil away - but only temporarily. She needed the strongest she had to guard the mind prison while she looked for one of the ancient CommonWealth Councillors Rufus, who knew the full sealing ritual. She gifted the two Jedi powerful rings, that enhanced their strength immensely giving them power they had never felt before. Eva warned that they would need this new power to even stand a chance against what is locked inside if it happened to escape before she returned - however if that did indeed happen their souls - which had been bound to the rings would destroy them if they destroyed what was in return hidden away. They agreed in faith and Eva left to accomplish her difficult tracking mission. While meditating the prison, something in the force shifted and the consciousnesses of all who guarded it were pulled inside. Only the Grand Master and the Councillor survived the mental shock. When inside, they saw a sight that they couldn't believe - the Emperor himself was the one being detained. With cunning words and twisted logic the Emperor convinced the Highguard and Jedi Master to set him free. Only after to be ordered to complete despicable tasks that went against the CommonWealths Morals. In the end the two fought against the Emperor but were cut down - only to wake up outside to see Eva and Rhade patiently waiting. It was a pact. If the Emperor ever fell to the dark and went on a path of violent conquest - it was up to his council to stop the powerful Emperor. After, they truly were bonded to the rings and officially became inducted into the CommonWealth Council. -- The Grand Master and Dark Lord gathered their available Jedi and Sith alongside a couple hired contractors- both of them sensing that they were running out of the time alongside an unknown danger - in grand force to the small village of rishi of where the grey seer waited. The Grand Master had planned a diplomatic meeting with their leader but upon seeing the force seemed hesitant to work with the group. In the distance - during their diplomatic talks there were interrupted by a non bannered droid army. The Jedi and the Sith managed to evacuate the majority of the civilians - however the loss of life was inevitable. With effort, the droids were pushed back and their forces were forced to retreat. After the carnage had ended the Jedi finally was gifted contact with the wacky old seer - who held information on the dangerous artusian crystal phenomenon. On edge, the seer refused to believe that the group was here to help and blamed them for the attack on the town. It was one of the Sith who stood up and took it into their own hands to intimidate the seer into giving the group the knowledge that was the true reason the rishi village was attacked. The information was distributed between the factions for further study in an attempt to gain a step ahead from the danger which lurks on the horizon. With further investigation, luck and skill a undamaged memory core was separated from one of the more advanced droids and the factions look to discovering who the mysterious force that has presented themselves as an enemy.
