We take a flexible approach to our work here. By allowing our leaders to contribute when they can and step down with no adverse effects, we prioritize our health and out-of-game lives.

Depending on what you feel you can contribute, you can choose between a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule, we just expect communication on schedule changes when feasible.
